Hi, my name is Quann Elam. Currently, I am studying Fine Arts at two of the most respected academies in the world: The Life Drawing Academy and The Old Masters Academy. At The Life Drawing Academy, I study classical drawing and in The Old Masters Academy, classical oil painting. I use my art education to share my interpretation of the world through my artworks.

Apart from my academic oil painting studies, I experiment with other painting mediums such as acrylics. Although acrylics and oils are very different, the methods are quite similar. Any artist who uses acrylics can agree that it dries extremely fast. This can be a big advantage for completing a painting fast. However, an acrylic painting must be developed very slowly to create a high quailty piece.
